This Privacy Policy explains how we, trading as YYorrZ™ ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit www.yyorrz.com, place an order or otherwise interact with us.
We are the controller of the personal information described here. Our contact details are at the end of this policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. Name, email address, postal address, phone number, order details, and any information you include in messages to us. When you create an account we also store your login credentials and saved addresses.
Payment information. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our systems. We receive a confirmation of payment, the last four digits, the card type and the billing address.
Information collected automatically. IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent, and the actions you take on the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Marketing preferences. Whether you have subscribed to marketing emails, and your interactions with those emails such as opens and clicks.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal information such as health data, biometric data or information about racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or sexual orientation.
2. How we use your information

3. Legal bases for processing
Where the UK or EU GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract — to process and deliver your order and provide support
- Consent — for marketing emails and non-essential cookies, which you may withdraw at any time
- Legitimate interests — to secure our site, prevent fraud, understand how our site is used and improve our products, balanced against your rights
- Legal obligation — to keep transaction records for tax and accounting purposes
4. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below.
Shopify. Our site is hosted by Shopify, which processes personal information on our behalf to provide the store, checkout and related services. Shopify's own privacy practices are described at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
Supply and fulfillment partners. To fulfill your order we share your name, delivery address, phone number, email address and order contents with our third-party supply partners and their shipping carriers. Our principal fulfillment partner operates from China, and orders are also fulfilled from the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada. This means your delivery details are transferred outside your country, including outside the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. See International transfers below.
Payment providers. To take payment, detect fraud and process refunds and chargebacks.
Carriers and customs authorities. Delivery details, and where required for customs clearance, order contents and value.
Email and marketing providers. To send transactional and marketing emails on our behalf.
Analytics and advertising providers.
Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Snapchat, X and TikTok.
Professional advisers and authorities. Where required by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
5. International transfers
Your personal information is transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including China, the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada, so that your order can be fulfilled and delivered.
Some of these countries have not been found by the UK or EU authorities to provide an equivalent level of data protection. Where we transfer personal information out of the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses with the recipient, and we limit the information shared to what is necessary to fulfil and deliver your order. 6. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your cart and preferences, understand how the site is used, and where you have consented, to measure and target advertising.
Essential cookies are necessary for the site to function and cannot be switched off. Analytics and advertising cookies are optional and set only where permitted. You can manage your preferences through the cookie banner or your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent checkout from working.
7. Marketing communications
We send marketing emails only where you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional emails about orders you have placed, which we must send to fulfill your order.
8. How long we keep your information

Account information is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept in line with the retention settings of the providers we use. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

- Request deletion of your information

If you are in the UK or EEA, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, including the rights to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. Where our advertising cookies constitute "sharing" under California law, you may opt out through our cookie preferences. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
10. Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls and the security infrastructure provided by Shopify. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
Our site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing. Our payment providers may use automated fraud screening, which can result in an order being declined. If your order is declined and you believe this is an error, contact us.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page with the date it was last updated. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
